"Needed few parts and googles ect. All questions were answered in detail and probably spent 3x the amount because of that! I have spent over $1000 in 3-4 trips there and didn’t really have the loot to spend . Only thing I had a problem with is I was told when I signed up with email that I would get coupons and special offers which I’m sure I will but just not at my pace. I don’t wait for discounts like I should if I need or want I usually just get it which was the case. Bought a lot of what I needed and I’m sure I’ll probably get coupons for everything now!!

"The store was filthy and the employees couldn’t care less to help. I wanted to try on some clothes but i had to wait 15 minutes as no one had a key to the dressing room. Once they got it open, I had very little room as they had a used gas grill stored there. I like Cycle gear, just not the Woburn store. "

"I went in for a helmet and cruiser gloves. The employees were nice, and answered some of my questions, but weren't very helpful in helping me find parts for the bike I have that weren't in the store such as grips and seats. Also, the gloves I bought have started peeling after just over a week of owning them and using them 3 times with doing nothing but taking them on and off and a couple rides. Fifty bucks later, not so happy. Overall, the convenience of the store location and the help in some areas from the staff was good. "
"I regularly shop at Cycle gear, and i'll tell you- the guys working there are one of the greatest aspect of this store. It's like anytime I walk in, they have a solution for my problem. Years ago, when i first went there- there was a different manager, and old man who didn't know anything really about bikes. Now you have a stacked and extremely competent team- Mike, Pedro, Jimmy, Conor.
Cycle gear is a great store, with all tbe gear and odd accessories that will get you out of a pickle, and employees that are willing to bend over backwards to help their customers. "
